By creating an account or using Trade Conflux, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or in-app notification.
2. Description of Service
Trade Conflux is a trading journal and performance tracking platform designed for proprietary trading firm (prop firm) traders. The service allows users to log trades, track performance, monitor confluences, and manage multiple trading accounts.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Trade Conflux offers the following plans:
- Free — 15 trades per month, 1 account, no groups
- Pro — $4.99/month or $39.99/year — unlimited trades, 5 accounts, 2 groups
- Elite — $9.99/month or $79.99/year — unlimited everything
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
5. Free Trial
Pro and Elite plans include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
- Share, resell, or redistribute access to the service
- Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
- Create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits
7. Data & Privacy
Your trade data belongs to you. We do not sell your personal information or trading data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Data Export
You may export your trade data at any time using the built-in CSV export feature. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from account deletion or service termination initiated by the user.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Trade Conflux is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not a financial advisor — nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk and past performance does not guarantee future results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Conflux and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
